I’m Elena Kalogeropoulos, founder of the interdisciplinary network E K & the good lab. We advise and support organisations navigating complex initiatives — especially when different expectations, interests and demands are at play. We help make sense of complex situations, clarify the structures and dynamics shaping them, and identify where there is room to act. From there, we develop sound decisions and practical ways forward.

Organisational Diagnostic
An independent perspective when an organisational situation needs closer examination. I analyse different perspectives and relevant information, with a particular focus on structures, governance, responsibilities and decision-making. This reveals the patterns shaping the situation, the room for action and where decisions can make a difference.
Consulting & Coaching
Individual support for complex decisions, change and new possibilities for action. I work with organisations, teams and leaders on strategic and organisational questions, through change processes and challenging situations. Depending on the issue, this can range from focused consulting and coaching to longer-term support for complex processes.

Tailored formats for relevant organisational questions. I design workshops, trainings, and keynotes that connect expertise with the realities of your organisation.
