Unconscious Bias – Getting to Know Your Elephant
As part of the Diversity Congress DACH 2025, we explored with about 20 participants how unconscious bias shape our actions – and how we can become more aware of them. Through interactive methods, reflection prompts and the now-famous “elephant in the room”, we connected individual awareness with structural perspectives on unconscious bias. A key takeaway: sustainable change requires working on both individual awareness and the underlying systems that shape behavior.
