In Dialogue with EK & the good lab
Back in Vienna! This time for Faktor D’s democracy festival Mitmacht, where experts from civil society, politics, academia, media, and the arts come together to ask a central question: How can democratic actors collaborate more strategically, resiliently, and effectively? I’m joining with E K & the good lab and will speak on Friday, 21 November 2025, from 11:45 to 13:00 on the topic "Those who are heard get to decide: Making democratic spaces more inclusive."
We’ll look at the structural invisibility of marginalised and critical perspectives in (algorithmically shaped) conflict spaces and explore how accountable spaces can combine protection with responsible negotiation — as an alternative to a visibility-first logic. Looking forward to it.
